3. Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. Once unsubscribed, you won’t receive further messages unless you re-subscribe.

4. Is this a subscription?

No. It’s a one-time payment product. You pay once for the full program length you select (7, 30, or 90 days).

5. Can I get a refund?

Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, sales are final. If you encounter an error, contact support@thephoenixprotocol.app.

6. Does this replace therapy?
